Summer workouts are open to both boys and girls. We encourage all players to come, it is a great way to keep in touch with fellow team members, and to improve as individuals and a team.
The summer workout schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, May 31st: 6:30am – 8:30am
Saturday June 3rd: 6:30am – 8:30am.
Then, starting June 5th we will be going:
Mondays: 6:00PM – 8:00PM
Wednesday Mornings: 6:30AM-8:30AM
Saturday Mornings : 6:30AM-8:30AM
